2. Construction Viability

  • Analysis of existing soils reports (if available)
  • Sewer availability
  • Secondary water Infrastructure and rights
  • Culinary water Infrastructure and rights
  • Title and ALTA survey if available
  • Grading and Topography concerns
  • Environmental Review of existing Phase 1, 2, 3 reports (if available)

3.  Financial Analysis

  • Municipal reimbursements and Special Assessment Area viability review
  • Development Cost Estimates
  • Price per Lot and Absorptions Analysis
  • Cash Flow, IRR and Margin Estimates
